A profound exploration of the existence of polarities within ourselves as a universal principle of creation, the dark and the light, the yin and the yang, the mother and the father, the inner and the outer, the bliss and the pain, the shadow and the light, the sun and the moon,movement and stillness, the divine masculine and divine feminine. A conscious process of accepting and embodying both qualities and recognizing that WE ARE that polarity and we exist as a polarity in a dance of. balancing these two forces that are complementary not opposite.
Polarity growth need each other, “Like a seed needs darkness in the soil to grow up to the light”, “Like you in your mothers womb needed the darkness to grow and nourish.” 

Exploration of the divine masculine and feminine, through giving and receiving in a clear safe space of recognition.
